Return / Refund Policy
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase or if you've changed your mind., please don't worry, these things happen. All I ask if that you communicate with me in order for me to give you the best possible outcome.
If the product is faulty, I will refund your money or offer you an exchange for an item of similar value, the choice is yours. If you should choose and exchange the item chosen can be to a maximum of £3 more than the original item you purchased.
To start the process, please send me an email with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- The issue (faulty product, wrong size, not suitable)
- What you’d like (exchange or refund)
Please note, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to issue the return request form. After 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.
You are responsible for any return costs and we advise you use a tracked service as we can not be held responsible for any losses in the mail that may be incurred during the return process.
Damages or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order/items as soon as they are delivered and please contact us immediately.
Exceptions / Non returnable
Pierced Earrings are non returnable under all circumstances.
