Stunning, unique green Uranium Swarovski crystal snake necklace.

This amazing crystal necklace is made using a variety of clear and green uranium Swarovski crystals. Each on perfectly hand set in a special crystal clay designed exclusively for use in jewellery design.
The snake has been hand formed (not from a mould) and the eyes are ruby coloured Swarovski crystals.

Finished with a silver plate chain.

A super sparkling jewellery piece that needs to be seen to be appreciated.

The green crystals are Uranium and glow under a UV light.

The crystals used in this piece are genuine vintage ‘new, dead stock’ Swarovski crystals.

About Uranium Glass -

Uranium glass / crystals glow a vibrant, bright green under a blacklight / UV light.
Uranium, usually in Oxide Diuranate form was added to a glass mix before melting to result in a beautiful green colour. Naturally Uranium glass in direct sunlight will give of a fluorescent green colour and due to it's glowing properties under UV light Uranium glass has become highly collectible today.
Uranium can be found in green glass, yellow glass and even white and blue glass although the majority is green.
